In order to honor the commandment of Scripture to acknowledge Jesus Christ as Lord over the nations of the earth (Psalm 2:7-12; Matt 28:18; Eph 1:20-22; Col. 2:10; Rev 1:5; Rev 11:15) and to progress with fulfillment of the Great Commission (Matt. 28:18-20), the mission of the National Reform Association since 1863 has been to work with political leaders, pastors, and lay leaders to promote reformation in government and society, and to secure an amendment to the United States Constitution modifying it as needed, particularly in its Preamble and First Amendment, to recognize Jesus Christ as King and Supreme Governor of the United States. The wording of the new Preamble would be proposed as such:

WE, THE PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES, recognizing the being and attributes of Almighty God, the Divine Authority of the Holy Scriptures, the law of God as the paramount rule, and Jesus Christ, the Messiah, the Savior and Lord of all, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessing of liberty to ourselves and to our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America. https://secondcoming.org/

The accomplishment of that objective will be achieved through the following means:

1. Education of Christian pastors, laymen, business leaders, and political leaders of the necessity and importance to recognize Christ’s mediatorial reign over the nation and the personal and national consequences of failure to do so;
2. Publication and distribution of books, articles, blogs, and podcasts through numerous available media including, but not limited to, the National Reform Association website, Facebook group, Twitter, and any other useful media outlet to communicate the message; and
3. Presentations to groups, conference exhibits, and individual speaking engagements as
opportunities arise.
