Revelation symbolically depicts the mission of God’s church as four angels flying over the earth proclaiming vital end time messages.

The First Angel

The first angel’s message is the proclamation of the gospel of Jesus Christ, opening people’s minds to God’s unconditional, unmerited love as the only way of salvation and the only premise for true worship.

“I saw another angel flying in midair, and he had the eternal gospel to proclaim to those who live on the earth—to every nation, tribe, language, and people.

He said in a loud voice, “Fear God and give him glory, because the hour of His judgment has come. Worship Him who made the heavens, the earth, the sea, and the springs of water.”

Revelation 14: 6,7 NKJV

The Second Angel

The second angel’s message proclaims the fall of Babylon or the demise of all false or fake religion. Apostate Christianity will lose credibility as the truth about God is made known. The Desire of Ages will be manifest, and the world will be hearing biblical truths in power and with clarity,

that God is love,
that Christ pursues and wishes that none be lost,
that the seventh day Sabbath is the Lord’s Day, and
since 1844, we are in a probationary time, the Investigative Judgment.
The Steps to Christ are clear… all truth points to the cross of Calvary.

A second angel followed and said, “‘Fallen! Fallen is Babylon the Great,’ which made all the nations drink the maddening wine of her adulteries.” Revelation 14: 8

The Third Angel

“A third angel followed them and said in a loud voice: “If anyone worships the beast and its image and receives its mark on their forehead or on their hand, they, too, will drink the wine of God’s fury, which has been poured full strength into the cup of his wrath. They will be tormented with burning sulfur in the presence of the holy angels and of the Lamb.

And the smoke of their torment will rise for ever and ever. There will be no rest day or night for those who worship the beast and its image, or for anyone who receives the mark of its name.”” Revelation 14: 9-11

This will be a time of clear distinction between two groups. The self-centered and the other-centered. Who will be on the Lord’s side? There will be those with the seal of God on their forehead seeking the second coming of Jesus Christ with great anticipation sadly a minority, and the large faithless and lawless majority, those who have followed the dictates of human reasoning and self-centeredness. Everyone will place themselves by their choices into one of the two end-time groups. Following the Lamb of God or the Great Deceiver.

The Final Events will end with the splendor of the Second Coming of Jesus Christ also known as the Parousia. The Signs of Parousia are detailed in the Final Events series and emphasize the Imminent Return and Second Coming of Jesus Christ. Praise the Lord!

The Fourth Angel

“After this I saw another angel coming down from heaven. He had great authority, and the earth was illuminated by his splendor.

With a mighty voice he shouted: “‘Fallen! Fallen is Babylon the Great!’ She has become a dwelling for demons and a haunt for every impure spirit, a haunt for every unclean bird, a haunt for every unclean and detestable animal.

For all the nations have drunk the maddening wine of her adulteries. The kings of the earth committed adultery with her, and the merchants of the earth grew rich from her excessive luxuries.”

Then I heard another voice from heaven say: “‘Come out of her, my people, ‘so that you will not share in her sins, so that you will not receive any of her plagues;

The four angels’ messages are the end time outworking of the apostle Paul’s righteousness by faith formulation of the gospel.

It is a defense of religious liberty and a warning against enforced religion, while pointing to a people who keep God’s law of love by the voluntary action of faith alone. Not our faith in Christ which is ropes of sand, but the faith of Jesus Christ that dwells in us.

It is the darkness of misapprehension of God that is enshrouding the world. Men are losing their knowledge of God’s character. God is love.

God’s character has been misunderstood and misinterpreted. At this time, a message from God is to be proclaimed, a message illuminating in its influence and saving in its power. God’s character is to be made known. Into the darkness of the world is to be shed the

Light of His glory
Light of His goodness
Light of His mercy and
Light of His truth.

The last rays of merciful light, the last message of mercy to be given to the world is a revelation of God’s character of love.

The children of God are to manifest His glory in their own life and character, they are to reveal what the grace of God has done for them. COL 400
